Service infos

Dear customer, to perform our services quickly and inexpensively, we need your help. In the case of a repair order (including warranty or goodwill), please note the following:  
  • Repair announce via e-mail
  • Attach to the package, a detailed error description
  • Settings in the process (where there has been problems or defects) accurately describe eg LiPo: Fastmod (on / off), pulse (on / off), pulse (on / off), set balancer performance; battery type, battery capacity, features
  • Wiring (cable diameter, plug, length)
  • Power supply (mains supply, battery), the power supply voltage infos
  • The return shipping address clearly written or printed (!), enclose it in the package
  • Write e-mail address for any questions
  • For warranty or goodwill claims Attach a copy of the invoice (especially important for devices that were not purchased directly via pp-rc model)
  • For devices that store the processes (eg Pulsar 3) the SD card enclose
  • If your charger at the user terminals were (connectors) installed, please be sure to Attach the counterpart with matching standard port so that the service without having to redo the device can be connected.
  • Please pack up the equipment so that no transport damage can occur (eg the BT antenna must be screwed off the Pulsar 3!)

From 23rd June till to 4th July 2022 we have holidays. Please note that in this time we cannot deliver goods or receive parcels. We will be available from 5th July and will process all orders and claims by their date of receipt.
