Slash is a small glider or electric glider for sport and recreational flying. This model was developed especially for pilots who are looking for a fast glider model with a wide range of uses. Strong enough for fast fly-bys, but still light enough to fly well in thermals. Slash has been redesigned for flight characteristics with a new classic wing in balsa but with a D-box. Also included are the fuselage made of GRP laminate with gelcoat coating and the tail unit made of balsa. The synergy of light weight and strong structure is very unusual in such small gliders and can only be achieved with careful attention to design and construction. Slash is a nearly perfect, very well made and extremely cleanly finished entry level glider.
The model was developed and manufactured in the Czech Republic. Spare parts can be obtained quickly.
