Info for pp-rc Modellbau
We are experienced modelers and sell only those goods which we would
purchase by ourselves. We are of course grateful for any comments and
suggestions for further improvements. Satisfied customers are very important
to us. We are looking forward to get photos of customers’ models and
products for publishing on our website. We try to handle all reclamations,
repairs and upgrades within 24 hours. We are simply there for you.

Order
Please order by e-mail or fax. Write necessarily our article number,
description and quantity. We also need your full address and if differing,
the delivery address. If the goods are available, we will send you an
invoice and payment information, otherwise an order confirmation. For items
that are custom made to order, we need an appropriate deposit.
Payment
We accept payment by bank transfer. Now you can pay for your goods via PayPal.

As we do not want to increase prices for all customers, we take a PayPal fee on
our goods as this payment method generates additional costs for us. For payments
by PayPal from Germany or another EU countries as well as Norway, Iceland and
Liechtenstein, we take extra charge of 2,5 % overall cost; from
other countries
the extra charge is 5 %. The EU foreign bank transfers are also safe and incur
no additional costs.

You order the goods via e-mail or fax
Please specify if the billing and delivery address differs
Please specify payment method (bank transfer, PayPal)
We affirm the order by e-mail or fax, and we will send you an invoice as a PDF-file via e-mail or as fax, as well as the appropriate data necessary for payment
Once in the case of advance payments, as soon as the money will be received by us, we send out the goods.
Please do not accept damaged packages. In case of doubt, control the content in the presence of the supplier
